Recovery Legal Executive

Responsibilities

• Handle Business Loan & NPA (Non-Performing Asset) accounts for recovery
• Identify default loan cases and initiate recovery process
• Conduct legal search and verification of borrower assets (movable & immovable)
• Verify and analyze property documents, mortgage papers, loan agreements, and guarantee deeds
• Perform title search, chain verification, and Encumbrance Certificate (EC) checks
• Draft and issue legal notices, demand notices, and recovery-related documents
  
• Handle matters under SARFAESI Act, 2002, DRT, and basic IBC procedures
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, advocates, recovery agencies, and registration offices
• Maintain case status reports, legal MIS, and recovery tracking
• Assist in possession, auction process, valuation reports, and enforcement actions
