Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a sales professional. As a Sales Representative at PANHA, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and promote PANHAs services. You will be tasked with achieving sales targets, implementing sales strategies, and delivering presentations to prospective clients. Daily activities include managing the sales pipeline, following up with leads, and working collaboratively with the marketing and product teams to support clients and improve offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and nurture relationships with clients and peers.
- Experience in sales, including lead generation, prospecting, and achieving sales targets.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
- Knowledge of the mental health or wellness industry, with an understanding of its services and platforms, is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills for managing sales and customer data.
- Empathy, active listening skills, and the ability to communicate concepts that align with PANHAs mission.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in fields such as Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related areas is preferred.
