Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow a portfolio of merchants, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Support onboarding of new merchants and ensure smooth activation
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Product, Risk, and Tech) to resolve merchant issues efficiently
- Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and track KPIs
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients
- Stay informed about Paymob’s products, market trends, and competitors
- UAE National (Emirati)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skill
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Commercial mindset with a passion for fintech and digital payments
- Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
