We are hiring Product Advisors – Telesales for our Bangalore office. The role involves outbound calling, lead conversion, and providing product guidance to customers. Candidates must have strong communication and sales skills with the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers.
  
• Explain product features, pricing, and membership benefits.
  
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate plans.
  
  
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  
• Follow up on leads to ensure closures.
  
• Maintain call logs and update CRM systems.
  
• Ensure excellent customer experience during each interaction.
  

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills (English + Telugu/Kannada preferred).
  
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
  
• Ability to handle objections and close sales.
  
• Customer handling skills with a sales-focused approach.
  
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.

  Get Hired
  HSC Pass / Graduate.
  
• Experience:
  
• 1 Year + experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Collections / Upselling / Renewals.
  
• Stable employment history preferred.
  

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: 18,000 – 20,000 In-Hand.
  
• Attractive sales incentives.
  
• Shift Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM.
  
• Weekly Off: 1 rotational weekday (Mon–Fri).
