Senior Brand & Creative Manager (Group Level | Multi-Brand | Agency Background Required)

Persian Horizon is a diversified holding group operating and investing across multiple sectors, including services, retail, beauty, and SME businesses. We are building a group-level brand platform that reflects credibility, structure, and long-term value creation across our portfolio companies.
This is not an in-house, single-brand marketing role.
This is a group-level senior execution role designed for someone who has been trained on the agency side, is used to handling multiple brands in parallel, and can personally drive high-quality creative and brand delivery under pressure.
We are specifically looking for an agency-trained senior operator with strong visual and creative foundations, and experience working with beauty and/or F&B brands.
Role Overview
This is a senior, hands-on execution role reporting directly to group leadership.
You will act as the central brand and creative execution owner across Persian Horizon and its portfolio companies. Your responsibility is to translate leadership direction, business strategy, and commercial priorities into concrete, high-quality brand and creative output across multiple brands.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Started their career in visual / creative execution (design, art direction, production)
- Grew within agency environments
- Is comfortable owning multiple brands, tight deadlines, and direct senior stakeholder pressure
This is an execution-first role, not a strategy-only position.
Key Responsibilities
- Own group-level brand and creative execution across all portfolio companies
- Act as the final quality gate for all brand, creative, and content output
- Personally lead and deliver high-stakes materials including:
- Group and leadership LinkedIn content
- Websites and landing pages
- Pitch decks, investor and management presentations
- Brochures, sales and marketing materials
- Translate complex business, investment, and operational inputs into clear, structured, publish-ready content
- Own the full production workflow from brief draft review final delivery
- Set, enforce, and maintain group brand standards across all brands
- Manage and coordinate external agencies, freelancers, designers, and copywriters
- Prioritise and allocate creative resources across competing business needs
- Support founder-led and leadership communication (posts, announcements, presentations)
- Build and maintain content calendars and delivery timelines across multiple brands
- Ensure consistent quality, tone, and structure across all public-facing materials
Profile We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in brand / creative / content roleswith significant agency-side experience

- Career foundation in visual / creative execution before moving into management
- Proven experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
- Experience in beauty, F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of production workflows, design quality, and visual standards
- Excellent written communication skills in English (Arabic or Persian is a plus)
- Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership
- Used to fast-paced, high-pressure agency environments
- Execution-driven, hands-on mindset with high personal ownership
This Role Is Not For
- Purely in-house profiles with only single-brand experience
- Strategy-only or copy-only backgrounds
- Junior content managers or entry-level marketers
