Our business spansimport & distribution, key account management, trade marketing, and commercial consultingfor multiple FMCG brands in the GCC.
We are looking for a detail-orientedAccounting Executiveto manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance, and support commercial decision-making across distribution and consulting verticals.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance Operations- Maintainbooks of accountsincluding GL, AR, AP, and bank reconciliations
- Recordsales, purchase, inventory, and expense transactionsaccurately
- Preparemonthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure propercost allocationbetween distribution and consulting businesses
- Managecustomer invoicing, credit notes, and collections
- Track distributor, modern trade, and key account receivables
- Reconcilesupplier invoices, freight, customs, and clearing charges
- Monitoraging reportsand follow up on overdue balances
- Trackinventory movement, landed cost, and valuation
- Reconcile stock between ERP/system and physical inventory
- Supportmargin analysis by brand, SKU, and channel
- Prepare and fileVAT returnsaccurately and on time
- Maintain VAT documentation forimports, exports, and local sales
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting and regulatory standards
- PrepareMIS reports(P&L, cash flow, working capital)
- Support management withsales, margin, and profitability analysis
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support audit processes and management reporting
- Bachelor's degree inAccounting, Finance, or Commerce
- 25 yearsexperience in FMCG distribution, trading, or retail companies
- Strong understanding ofUAE VATand import accounting

- Experience withinventory accounting and landed cost
- Proficiency inTally, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar ERP systems
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic analysis)
- Experience handlingmodern trade / key account billing
- Exposure tomulti-brand or multi-entity accounting
- Ability to work withsales, supply chain, and commercial teams
- High attention to detail with strong follow-up skills
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced FMCG environment
- Clear communication and coordination skills
- Exposure toend-to-end FMCG distribution and consulting operations
