Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Assistant Vice President - Sales position, located in Mumbai. The role involves leading sales operations, managing client accounts, overseeing a team of sales professionals, and formulating and executing strategies to drive business growth. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying opportunities, onboarding new clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating across teams to meet revenue targets.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Business Development to identify opportunities, generate revenue, and drive business growth.
• Expertise in Sales Management and Sales Operations to develop and execute effective sales strategies and ensure seamless processes.

  Proficiency in Account Management to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate sales teams toward achieving targets.
• Extensive knowledge of financial markets, asset classes, and the stockbroking domain is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Relevant educational qualifications, such as an MBA or similar degree, are preferred.
