We are seeking a visionary Co-Founder with the drive, expertise, and leadership to scale Pluxsor globally. The ideal candidate will have:

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Think big, embrace calculated risks, and challenge conventional approaches.
• Expertise in AI, Marketing, or Business Development: Demonstrated experience, deep insights, or a strong professional network in at least one of these domains.
• Proven Track Record: Preferably in C-suite roles, founders of already running startups, or senior leaders in

• Passion for Innovation: Drive to push boundaries and deliver extraordinary value through technology-driven marketing and branding solutions.
• Leadership & Team-Building Skills: Ability to recruit, inspire, and lead a diverse, high-performing global team.
• Co-Investment Capability: Willingness and ability to co-invest in technology, marketing initiatives, and global expansion projects, alongside equity ownership.
• Commitment: This is an equity-based role, requiring long-term dedication, vision, and ownership mentality.
