Job Title: Data Analyst/ Data Scientist / Decision Analyst/ Data Engineer

Experience Required: 23 years

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual with an engineering background and strong statistical foundations to join our team as a Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets, deriving insights through root cause analysis (RCA), and enabling data-driven decision-making through predictive analytics and visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Analytics: Identifying & tracking underlying sourcing patterns and trend of past years: Identifying & predicting bad outliers/ fraud: Identifying best sourcing strategies across stakeholders; Prediction models for sourcing
• Claim Analytics: Prediction models for Loss Ratios; Identifying best claim management practices across stakeholders
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or QuickSight.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and build predictive models to support business decisions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
• Drive fast, data-backed decisions using sound judgment and real-time analysis.
• Proactively identify data quality issues and work to resolve them.

Required Skills

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Math, or related fields preferred).

  Strong foundation in Mathematics, Probability, Linear Algebra, Machine Learning and Statistics
• Hands-on expertise in: SQL (Intermediate to Advanced): Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Functions): Power BI or Amazon QuickSight (Data modeling, DAX, visual storytelling); Python (Pandas, NumPy, basic ML/EDA libraries)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and make decisions quickly with limited information.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Good to Have

Experience working on revenue maximization problems, pricing, or yield optimization.
