Overview of the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our Projects team and support the execution of solar construction projects across the UAE.

The role is site-based and involves close coordination with project managers, subcontractors, clients, and authorities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Project Manager in the execution of solar construction projects
• Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth coordination between subcontractors

• Coordinate manpower, materials, and resources to meet project timelines
• Monitor project progress and support timely delivery of milestones
• Handle authority inspections and ensure compliance with DEWA, DM, and other relevant regulations
• Maintain and manage all project documentation and records
• Ensure site execution complies with IFC drawings and approved technical documents
• Enforce company HSE policies and ensure adherence to safety standards on site
• Support the HSE team in preparing site-specific reports and documentation
• Coordinate with clients and consultants during site execution
• Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project execution or site supervision
• Proven experience in solar construction projects
• Strong understanding of UAE authority standards and site regulations
• Experience working with subcontractors and site teams
• Ability to solve problems and make quick, effective decisions

• Strong site management and coordination skills
• Good time management and organizational ability
• Effective communication with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Ability to work under pressure in a site-based environment
• Proficient in MS Office and basic project documentation tools
