Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singrauli for the position of Deputy General Manager. The Deputy General Manager will oversee operations, manage project execution, and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include strategizing for efficiency, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, addressing challenges, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Additionally, the Deputy General Manager will mentor teams, monitor project progress, and contribute to business development initiatives to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in handling large-scale power and infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in construction activities in power plants
• Knowledge in regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and quality assurance procedures
