Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who can set up and manage a warehouse operation from scratch in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in warehouse establishment, inventory control, logistics coordination, and supply chain management. This is a growth-oriented opportunity for professionals based in India seeking international exposure in the UAE.

• Plan and execute warehouse setup from scratch, including layout design, racking systems, storage optimization, and material flow.

• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities.

• Ensure efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with warehouse standards.

• Manage inventory control, stock movement, FIFO/FEFO practices, and stock reconciliation.

• Maintain accurate stock records and coordinate regular stock audits.

• Minimize inventory losses, damages, and discrepancies.

• Handle end-to-end logistics coordination (inbound & outbound).

• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, freight forwarders, and internal teams.

• Ensure timely delivery of materials to sites/customers.

• Support import/export documentation in coordination with the logistics team (basic understanding required).

• Supervise warehouse staff, helpers, and drivers.

• Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity.

• Train staff on safety, processes, and best practices.

  Ensure adherence to UAE warehouse safety norms and company policies.

• Maintain records related to health, safety, and compliance.

• Handle equipment maintenance (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).

  
  

• Minimum 58 years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics.

• Proven experience in setting up a warehouse from scratch.

• Strong knowledge of logistics & supply chain management.

• Experience handling electrical, solar, or heavy material will be an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
