Job Description
Role Overview:
As the Head of Inside Sales, you will spearhead the strategy, execution, and scaling of our Inside Sales function to drive exponential growth. You will lead a high-performing team, optimize processes, and ensure seamless collaboration with marketing and field sales teams to achieve Solar Squares ambitious mission of every home going solar.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute a scalable inside sales strategy aligned with company goals.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi-tiered team of inside sales professionals.
Optimize lead qualification and meeting scheduling processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
Design and drive an end to end inside sales process to generate revenue from remote VC meetings
Collaborate with marketing, field sales, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Use data analytics to track KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
Build and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in inside sales, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Proven success in scaling inside sales teams in high-growth environments.
Exceptional leadership and motivational skills with a strategic mindset.
