Responsibilities
Who You Are
- Build and maintain data aggregation processes and dashboards, creating interactive and compelling visual, numeric, and written summaries.
- Ensures data governance policies are followed. Train & coach business users on BI tools.
- Promote data literacy and a self-serve culture across the enterprise.
- Analyze business intelligence data to inform business and product decisions
- Blend historical data from available industry reports, public information, field reports or purchased sources as input to analyses.
- Identifying and analyzing industry/geographic trends and competitor market strategies and monitoring current/potential customer trends.
- Partners with various areas of the business to model the outcome of implementing potential business strategies.
Who You Are
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering or Quantitative field with 6-8 years of related work experience
- Good programming skills in Python and SQL
- Good understanding of BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SAS

- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and proven problem-solving abilities
- Success in this position requires the ability to make effective, well-informed decisions and recommendations in a highly time-sensitive environment
- You are comfortable taking risks and being able to work independently within a collegial structure
- Prior experience working in an organization with a regional/global presence i.e. requiring collaboration and partnership with teams and Business stakeholders either pan-Asia or with NA
- Coaching, reviewing and delegating work within team
- You enjoy asking questions, expressing opinions, and actively engaging in internal discussions regarding business operations, processes and products
- Demonstrable work experience in Alteryx, like workflow creation, data pipeline automation, data transformation, using data connectors, customizing the tool to incorporate Python / SQL scripts seamlessly
- Completed Alteryx, PowerBI Certification
