What We Are Looking For
Youll be driving the adoption of the latest technologies in our solutions, bringing in thought leadership to guide clients on complex data management problems, and driving business performance. You will work with the leadership team to bring subject matter expertise in areas such as Big Data, ETL, Reporting, CRM, Data Warehousing, MDM, DevOps, Software Development, etc. We are seeking an individual who not only possesses the requisite expertise but also thrives in the dynamic landscape of a fast-paced global firm.
What Youll Do

• Lead Project Delivery: Ensure the successful delivery of client projects while identifying and building new business opportunities.
• Team Development: Recruit and cultivate a high-performing team to deliver scale-quality work.
• 
  POC and Architecture Development: Design and implement Proofs of Concept (POCs) and solution architectures to address diverse data management and governance needs for pharmaceutical clients, from pre-commercial to large enterprises.
• Business Development Collaboration: Partner with the leadership team to identify and nurture strategic business development opportunities.
• Thought Leadership: Write and publish insightful articles to establish thought leadership in the industry.
• Conference Engagement: Identify and secure opportunities to present at technology conferences to showcase our expertise.
• Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain partnerships with leading technology and enterprise software providers.
  

Must Have

• 10-15 years in pharma technology consulting.

  Get Hired
• Advanced degree (MBA preferred or a Masters degree) in engineering, with a strong academic track record.
• Hands-on experience in data mastering, big data, ETL, reporting, data warehousing, BI dashboards, and designing data architecture patterns and ecosystems, including data stores (operational systems, data lakes, data warehouses, data marts) and ingress/egress patterns (API, streaming, analytics/decision tools, BI tools).
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects for various stakeholders with a quality-focused approach.
• Experience in developing new work streams, leading client engagements, and business development in the technology space.
• Proven capability to identify and recommend appropriate solutions to client needs creatively and analytically, with minimal direction.
• Experience in data modeling, development, and testing for enterprise-wide data solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
