Finance Operations Associate

Were looking for a detail-oriented Junior Finance Operations professional who is strong with numbers, Excel, and day-to-day finance coordination.

If you enjoy working with data, vendors, and invoices and like keeping systems clean and running smoothly this role is for you.

• Strong Excel skills and good command over mathematics
• 
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfort working with numbers and financial data

Key responsibilities:

• Verification and booking of vendor invoices in our internal system
• Email management and tracking communication with all vendors
• Coordination via emails and phone calls, whatsapp etc with vendors, partners, and influencers to ensure timely invoice collection

  Get Hired
  GST reconciliation, whenever required
• Ensuring smooth end-to-end invoice collection and supporting the Accounts Manager in case of discrepancies or complications
• Preparing estimates, purchase orders (POs), and related documentation
• Contract and agreement management with vendors, including e-sign workflows
• Basic understanding of TDS, GST, and other compliance-related subjects
• Hands-on experience with payout tools/products to process and transfer payouts to vendors. Well train the rest to our internal system.
