QASIOON GROUP is hiring! rocketBusiness Development Manager (Oil & Gas Equipment)We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong knowledge of Oil & Gas process equipment such as frac tanks, batch mixers, skids, and other static equipment.Key Responsibilities:-Identify and develop new business opportunities across GCC & Africa.-Build and maintain strong client relationships with operators, EPCs, and service providers.

-Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and market share.-Lead client meetings, proposals, and contract negotiations.-Monitor market trends and prepare sales forecasts and reports.Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.-5–8 years’ proven experience in Oil & Gas equipment sales in UAE/GCC.-Strong technical understanding of tanks, mixers, and process equipment.-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
