Technical Recruiter – Offshore

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to support US IT staffing requirements for enterprise clients. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate pipelines for contract and full-time positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for IT requirements across technologies
• Work on contract, and full-time positions
• Use job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and vendor channels for sourcing

• Conduct initial technical and communication screening
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer discussions
• Maintain candidate pipeline and submission tracker
• Work closely with delivery managers and account managers
• Ensure quick turnaround time and quality submissions

Required Skills

• Experience in US IT staffing/recruitment

  Get Hired
  Strong sourcing skills using Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
• Experience hiring for cloud, data, AI, software engineering, infrastructure, and ERP roles
• Good understanding of visa types and US staffing processes
• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work in fast-paced delivery environments
• Experience supporting large enterprise accounts
