Job Title: Senior Manager, SAP SF Implementation Consultant

As part of our commitment to excellence, we are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead the implementation of business intelligence tools, including Power BI, dashboards, and SAP SuccessFactors, to help our clients and internal teams make data-driven decisions.
Position Overview:The Senior Manager of Tool Implementation & Business Intelligence will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of BI tools, SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Integration:oLead the implementation of Power BI, dashboards, and SAP SuccessFactors modules, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring smooth integration with other systems.oWork with HR, IT, and business teams to integrate SAP SuccessFactors with existing enterprise systems to enhance data flow and reporting capabilities.oOversee the configuration and customization of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Learning Management.oEnsure the accuracy and integrity of the data presented in Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Project Management:oManage the end-to-end delivery of BI and HR system implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.oCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues.oProvide regular updates and progress reports to senior management and business leaders.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:oCollaborate with business leaders and HR teams to understand reporting needs and ensure that BI and HR system solutions are aligned with busness goals.oDeliver actionable insights through effective dashboards and reporting tools that inform decision-making at various organizational levels.oProvide support to end-users, helping them leverage Power BI, SuccessFactors, and other tools to improve data analysis and reporting.
• Tool Governance & Best Practices:oEstablish best practices for Power BI dashboard design, data visualization, and SuccessFactors usage.oEnsure data governance standards are followed, including ensuring compliance with security and privacy regulations, particularly for HR data.oDrive adoption of Power BI and SuccessFactors by conducting training sessions, creating user documentation, and offering ongoing support.
• Continuous Improvement & Optimization:oContinuously monitor the performance and usage of implemented tools, collecting feedback to drive improvements.oRecommend enhancements to existing dashboards, reporting frameworks, and HR system modules based on feedback and evolving business needs.oSupport the optimization of tools for better performance and user experience.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, HRIS, or a related field. Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in tool implementation, business intelligence, or HR systems, with at least 2-3 years managing or leading projects related to Power BI and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience implementing Power BI, dashboard design, and integrating BI tools with enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Learning Management modules.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and SQL.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in data governance and security best practices.
