We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vertical Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts within Quest Globals Energy vertical. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), with the ability to develop and execute highly targeted campaigns that drive engagement and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate across teams to deliver personalized marketing experiences for high-value accounts. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive vertical marketing strategy aligned with business objectives ensuring a measurable increase in brand awareness and growth in engagement over a 12-month period.

Lead the creation and execution of ABM campaigns tailored to target accounts within the vertical with personalized strategies to achieve to increase conversion rate and lead pipeline.

Collaborate with sales teams to identify high-value accounts and create personalized marketing plans that contribute to a meaningful improvement in sales-qualified leads (SQLs).

Partner with the Research team to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Generate content and messaging that resonates with the target audience, including case studies, white papers, and webinars.

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future efforts.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the vertical, including industry associations and partners.

Stay updated on the latest ABM tools and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Support integration of acquired entities into Quest Global through vertical positioning, communications, and branding initiatives.

Identify best practices within your vertical and share with broader team members to be applied across other verticals.

Partner with the Research team to produce quarterly industry insights that drive content and campaign strategy.

Generate content and messaging tailored to the target audience, producing a minimum of 10 case studies, white papers, or webinars per year, with an engagement rate of 60% or higher.

Analyze campaign performance, leveraging KPIs like click-through rates, engagement metrics, and SQL conversions, and provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights to improve future campaigns by at least 15%.

Build and maintain relationships with at least 10 key stakeholders or industry associations annually, ensuring strategic collaborations that contribute to thought leadership and brand credibility.

Stay updated on ABM tools and technologies, implementing at least two new tools or process improvements per year to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

Support integration of acquired entities, ensuring brand consistency across positioning, communications, and branding initiatives while achieving a 90% alignment score in post-integration brand perception surveys.

Identify best practices and document & share insights quarterly, ensuring at least five cross-vertical strategies are implemented annually to enhance marketing approaches across multiple industries.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on ABM and vertical marketing.

Strong understanding of ABM strategies, tools, and metrics.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Experience in creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Knowledge of the Energy vertical is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.

Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
