Job Description
We are hiring Business Development Executives (4) with strong FMCG /beverage industry in particular -experience to drive regional sales growth and distributor expansion in INDIA (hiring in 4 zones - (new delhi, hyderabad, kolkatta/ mumbai)
This is a field-oriented role with 50% travel with clear sales targets and accountability.
Key Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years of FMCG experience; beverage industry experience is mandatory
2. Proven distributor handling and market development experience
3. Existing working relationships with leading distributors in the region
4. Demonstrated history of achieving individual sales targets5. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
6. Strong negotiation and execution skills
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and expand distributor and sub-distributor network
2. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
3. Execute market expansion and visibility initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree 3+ years in sales industry
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred
