Job Description

We are currently looking for talented people with a passion for robotics to join our team and help us further promote the robotics revolution.
Role and Responsibilities
This position is part of the People Operations team and will play a broad role in defining requirements, developing recruitment strategies, and forming a population for recruiting personnel to achieve our business plan. The successful candidate will be able to contribute to our companys recruitment efforts by building mid-to-long term relationships with internal and external parties through recruiting activities.
- Collaborate with vendors, agents, and internal stakeholders to acquire mainly engineering talents for India
- Collaborate with vendors, agents, and internal stakeholders to acquire talent for the US and Japan. (English speakers only)
- Improve recruiting processes/plan and implement new recruiting methods
- Communicate with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders regarding recruitment
- Execution and management of content for recruitment-related media
- Internal communication, such as promotion of the referral program
- Planning and execution of campus-related hiring activities.
- Planning and execution of other recruitment programs (campus hiring, events, seminars, etc.)
Basic Requirements
- 10+ years of Experience executing engineering and product recruiting for India.
- Experience with cross-functional projects across multiple departments
- Strong knowledge in current hiring trends and practices
- Strong communication skills
