Job Description
Job Title - Growth Retail Lead
Location: Mumbai/Thane
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Experience Requirements- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales
Primary Objective -
The Contractor shall serve as the owner of the Companys retail capital acquisition engine. The primary objective is to drive maximizing capital inflows from retail investors by designing and executing end-to-end marketing, branding, and sales strategies. The Contractor lives and dies by the volume of deals closed and capital raised.
Key Responsibilities -
The Contractor is responsible for everything required to convert a stranger into an investor, including but not limited to.
Strategy & Ownership:
Defining the quarterly and annual Growth Retail strategy. Identifying target investor personas, selecting channels, and determining the most efficient path to capital.
Marketing Campaigns:
Conceptualizing, launching, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, social, webinars, etc.) to generate high-quality leads.Branding:
Developing and maintaining the retail-facing brand voice and positioning to ensure trust and authority in the market.
Direct Execution & Closing:
Managing the conversion funnel. This includes direct outreach to leads, nurturing potential investors, handling objections, and driving them to close (signed investment).
Budget Management:
Operating within deal-specific or campaign-specific budgets to ensure Capital is raised efficiently.
Specific responsibilities are broken down by investor stage:
1. New Sign-ups (Acquisition):
Driving traffic and generating new user registrations on the platform.
Managing top-of-funnel marketing strategies (social, paid, organic, partnerships) to ensure a
steady stream of new leads.
2. New Investors (Conversion):
Converting sign-ups into active investors.
Designing and executing activation campaigns (email sequences, webinars, direct outreach) to

3. Repeat Investors (Retention & Expansion):
Managing the existing retail investor base to drive repeat contributions.
Launching reactivation campaigns and loyalty initiatives to increase the Lifetime Value (LTV) of
every investor.
4. Holistic Strategy:
Owning the brand voice and positioning for the retail segment.
Operating within deal-specific budgets to ensure capital is raised efficiently.
Success Metrics (KPIs): Success in this role will be measured primarily by outcomes,
specifically:
Net New Capital (NNC): Total value of funds raised from retail investors.
Deal Volume: Number of distinct investment deals successfully closed.
Cost Efficiency: Adherence to marketing budgets (e.g., Cost per Acquisition or Marketing Spend
as a % of Capital Raised).
- Funnel Health: Growth in the size and quality of the investor pipeline.
