Job Description
- You should be an Architect/Engineer with a minimum of 5+ years of work experience in the field of Sustainability and Green Buildings. Possessing a Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement, while candidates with a Master's degree will be given preference. Your role will involve a strong knowledge of Green Building Certifications, Energy efficiency, and sustainability concepts.
It is essential that you have successfully delivered and completed a minimum of 5 Green Building projects, encompassing both Pre-certification and/or Certification. Additionally, being an accredited professional from IGBC & GRIHA is mandatory. Candidates holding a LEED AP/WELL AP credential will be favored during the selection process.

You should possess effective presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work well within a team. Candidates with prior experience in team management will be given preference. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is a must, and familiarity with BIM, Daylight, and Energy simulations will be an added advantage.,
