About The Role
The IT&D Senior Analyst FP&A is part of the Global Delivery Hub in the IT&D ERP Finance, Tax, Treasury and Legal Team. The primary responsibility of the role is the governance of the technical delivery of FP&A system at Reckitt SAP Analytics Cloud. The role requires complete understanding of the technical solution built in SAC to support FP&A processes and the integration solution built in source system to support the FP&A process.
Your responsibilities

• Addressing the operational interests of the business community (i.e., users who require access to the information system to satisfy mission, business, or operational requirements)
• Anchor and lead the technical developments in SAC from the IT side and work closely with the business counterparts in the markets and CHQ
• Anchor and maintain the roadmap of FP&A solutions to achieve a standardised planning solution within Reckitt
• Govern and enforce the standardised solutions for projects, programmes and continuous improvement initiatives in SAC
• 
  Collective responsibility on maintaining the quality of the FP&A solution and strive to constantly improve user experience of the application
• Work closely with Business-As-Usual (BAU) organisation for FP&A tool support across Reckitt
• Advise and support the BSO during the business case definition stage to ensure standardisation is maintained enforced from an Integration architecture viewpoint
• Continuously researches new capability areas within the FP&A tool
• Drive data integrity between systems including developing new audits to capture data errors and ensure check and balance is operational across system.
• Collaborates with other IT stakeholders and own the technical/functional development activities
• Take ownership of Integrations, Data governance, Reporting and Analytics in SAC
• General administration: License management, workspace management
  

The experience were looking for

• 7-10 years in IT Finance domain in multiple FP&A systems/technologies and global implementations
• Sound understanding of core financial concepts, including but not limited to, Financial statements, Financial reporting for organizations with a global footprint P&L, Balance Sheet, NWC (Net Working Capital) and other financial concepts

  Get Hired
• Sound understanding of overall financial planning processes, planning/forecasting cycles, planning methods, S&OP, etc.
• Strong experience in one or more of the financial planning systems like SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Sound understanding of integrations of planning systems with other organizational systems (e.g. ERPs, other applications like power BI, AFO, SAP HANA, SAP BW, etc.)
• Lead design workshops to gather requirements, fit/gap analysis, functional specifications and design
• Plan / schedule project activities. Lead end-to-end testing process
• Working with cross functional teams (Finance, IT, Supply) and 3rd party service providers (BAU)
• Experience of supporting complex change and / or multi-disciplinary projects
