Manager - Legal

Role & responsibilities

1. Business Contracts: Draft, review, negotiate, and execute agreements, including NDAs, MOUs, MSAs, SOWs, Supply & Distribution Agreements, and contracts supporting digital transformation initiatives.

2. Non-Business Contracts: Review agreements for support verticals (HR, IT, Admin, Finance, Secretarial, Compliance) and maintain standard form agreements.

3. Provide contractual support to Redington's APAC affiliates, ensuring alignment with global management guidelines.

4. Identify and mitigate legal risks in business engagements and Ensure execution of back-to-back agreements with channel partners, resellers, and subcontractors to minimize contractual risks.

5. Work closely with compliance teams to ensure adherence to contractual rights and obligations.

6. Enhance efficiency and compliance in the contracting process across business divisions.

7. Implement and manage Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools to streamline contract workflows.

8. Should has experience in SESA contracts.

Preferred candidate profile

1.BL/LLB from a reputed university (LLM preferred but not mandatory). Exposure in a corporate legal department (IT/Hardware/IT Services/IT Distribution), managing contracts from initiation to closure.

2. Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial laws, IT laws, sale of goods and services, and consumer protection laws and availability to lead contract negotiations.

3. Experience in contract lifecycle management using relevant tools.

4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
