Job Title: Content Creator (Full-Time)

We are hiring a Content Creator who can handle content from idea to final video independently.

This role is for someone who understands social media deeply and has practical experience creating viral short-form content.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify trending formats, hooks, and topics on Instagram and short-form platforms

Create original content ideas for clients and brand pages

Shoot high-quality content using an iPhone (framing, lighting, angles, sound)

Direct clients during shoots to get usable, engaging footage

Edit all content independently using CapCut (mandatory)

Create Reels, Shorts, and TikToks optimized for reach and engagement

Deliver consistent content across multiple client accounts

Take full ownership of content quality, creativity, and deadlines

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video trends

Proven experience shooting content using an iPhone

Strong knowledge of framing, lighting, transitions, and on-camera storytelling

Advanced working knowledge of CapCut (text, transitions, effects, subtitles, sound, pacing)

Ability to ideate original concepts and hooks

Experience growing your own page or client pages (viral content is a strong plus)

Ability to work independently without constant supervision

Comfortable working directly with clients

This role is NOT for:

Only videographers

Digital marketing strategists

People who cannot ideate and execute independently
