Role Overview:

The Finance Associate(VO) will be responsible for managing end-to-end vendor operations, strengthening B2B relationships, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams, and maintaining consistent client communication to ensure timely and successful project delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage B2B relationships with new and existing vendors, ensuring long-term partnerships and service quality.
• Act as a single point of contact for vendors and key clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate closely with multiple internal departments (Operations, Audit, Sales, Compliance, and Finance) to ensure smooth execution of VO processes.
• Oversee end-to-end project coordination, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and process compliance.
• Maintain strategic communication with clients, providing regular updates and resolving escalations until project completion.
• Review, manage, and ensure accuracy of all operational documentation, records, and compliance-related files.

  Identify process gaps and recommend operational improvements to enhance efficiency and turnaround time.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Skills & Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of office operations and coordination
• Willingness to learn B2B processes and vendor operations
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
