Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the credit control team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage high-value customer accounts and complex collections.
• Analyze customer credit risk and make recommendations on credit limits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate timely payment.
• Prepare regular reports on credit control performance and debt recovery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in credit control, preferably in a supervisory role.
