The Graphic Designer creates high-quality visual assets that drive paid advertising, real estate marketing, and brand communications. Working closely with the creative team, this role delivers on-brand, compelling design across print and digital platforms with a balance of creative vision and precise execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Design & Execution

• Design static assets for paid advertising campaigns, branding, and marketing initiatives.
• Create layouts for real estate marketing collateralbrochures, presentations, flyers, and sales materials.
• Produce print-ready artwork, ensuring files meet production specifications.
• Adapt and resize designs for various digital and print formats.

2-Brand & Collaboration

• Support brand consistency across all marketing and communication touchpoints.
  
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to interpret briefs and deliver effective design solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative discussions.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, copywriters, and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

3-Project Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain attention to detail from concept through final delivery.
• Attend weekly team meetings and provide updates on project progress.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 13 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Experience in creative agency environment is required.
• A strong portfolio showcasing layout design, branding, and campaign work.
