Senior Accountant

Revive Renovation Dubai is looking to hire a seasoned and highly reliable Senior Accountant to join our growing contracting (construction & renovation) and joinery business. This role is critical to our day-to-day operations and requires someone who is experienced, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a mature, patient, and smart professional who understands the realities of the construction and joinery industry in the UAE and can take full ownership of the accounting function.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE accounting experience
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on UAE VAT filing experience
• 
  At least 5 years of experience in a contracting, construction, or joinery company
• Strong understanding of high-volume transactions, project-based accounting, and cost tracking
• Experience producing financial reports to management (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Analysis, Receivables & Payables)
• Highly punctual, responsible, and dependable
• Able to perform accurately under high-pressure and tight deadlines
• Immediate joiner is preffered

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations for contracting and joinery activities

  Get Hired
• Handle high volumes of transactions including supplier invoices, subcontractors, petty cash, and expenses
• Prepare and file UAE VAT returns accurately and on time
• Prepare and support UAE Corporate Tax filings
• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow, payments, receivables, and payables
• Support management with financial reports, summaries, and data when required
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and internal controls
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and management when needed
