What Youll Do:
Within 30 Days

• Lead technical assessment of current AI automation infrastructure and identify optimization opportunities
• Establish relationships with global finance leadership, IT architecture teams, and regional stakeholders
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of existing SAP, Salesforce, and cloud platform integrations to identify AI enhancement opportunities
• Mentor junior developers and establish technical standards for the India AI development team
• Present strategic roadmap for AI-driven financial automation to senior leadership
  

Within 60 Days

• Architect and lead development of enterprise-scale AI solutions for financial process automation (P2P, O2C, R2R cycles)
• 
  Design and implement advanced prompt engineering frameworks for complex financial document processing and analysis
• Lead integration projects connecting AI models with SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, and multi-cloud environments
• Establish CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment with enterprise-grade security, compliance, and monitoring
• Drive technical decision-making for cloud infrastructure scaling across AWS/Azure/GCP platforms
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure 24/7 system reliability and performance optimization
  

Within 90 Days

• Own end-to-end delivery of mission-critical AI automation platforms serving global finance operations
• Lead technical presentations to C-suite executives, translating AI capabilities into strategic business value
• Establish center of excellence for AI development practices, including code review standards, testing frameworks, and deployment protocols
• Drive innovation in real-time financial analytics, predictive modeling, and intelligent reporting systems
• Mentor and scale the India AI development team, establishing career development pathways
• Lead vendor evaluations and technology partnerships for next-generation AI capabilities
• Ensure compliance with global data governance, financial regulations, and security standards
  

Requirements:
Technical Leadership:

• 12+ years of overall IT experience
• 5+ years of enterprise AI/ML development experience with proven track record of scaling production systems
• Experience with Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline
• Expert-level proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, cloud-native architectures, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Deep experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and AI model optimization for enterprise applications

Enterprise & Finance Domain:

• Extensive experience with SAP modules (FI/CO, S/4HANA, BTP) and/or Salesforce platform development
• Deep understanding of financial processes: accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting
• Experience with enterprise data governance, financial compliance (SOX, GAAP, IFRS), and audit requirements
