Finance Manager

Job Summary:The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the financial operations of a luxury private members club, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, and compliance while supporting strategic decision-making. This role ensures the club’s financial integrity and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of discretion, confidentiality, and member-focused service.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis

• Develop, manage, and monitor the club’s annual budget, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Provide detailed financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance club profitability.

Accounting & Reporting

• Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• 
  Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports for management and the board.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage banking relationships and ensure secure handling of funds.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all financial transactions.

Cost Control & Revenue Oversight

• Implement financial controls to optimize operational costs without compromising member experience.
• Collaborate with department heads to manage budgets and monitor expenses across F&B, events, and club operations.
• Analyze revenue streams, including membership fees, events, F&B, and other services, to identify opportunities for growth.
