As an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on ESG data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives within the organization. You will work closely with various teams, including sustainability, finance, and corporate strategy, to ensure accurate and meaningful interpretation of ESG metrics and trends.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Management, Data Analysis and Reporting, Compliance and Benchmarking, Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement
2. Gather ESG data from various sources, including internal systems, third-party providers, and public databases and develop & maintain a comprehensive database of ESG indicators, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
3. Analyze ESG data to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators.
4. Prepare regular reports and dashboards on ESG metrics for internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and regulatory compliance.
5. Stay up to date with ESG reporting frameworks, regulations, and industry best practices
6. Ensure compliance with relevant ESG disclosure requirements and standards.
7. Benchmark the organizations ESG performance against industry peers and competitors.
8. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sustainability, finance, and investor relations, to gather input and align ESG data analysis with organizational goals.
9. Identify opportunities to enhance data collection processes and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy & emerging trends and developments in ESG data management and reporting and implement improvements to data analysis methodologies and reporting practices.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate
• Strong understanding of ESG concepts, frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD), and reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau & Python)
• Experience in working with ESG data sets and metrics.
• Knowledge of relevant industry sectors and their associated ESG risks and opportunities.

Experience - Min 5 years

Notice Period - 15 - 30 days

Location - Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai.
