Job Description
Designation: Senior Associate/Manager/Vice President
Location: Chennai
Timing: Flexible but focused around 9 AM to 6 PM US EST time
- Evaluate loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and manage portfolio risk
- Interact with clients to seek clarifications and help structure deals
- Interact with Data Science team to help embed the latest in AI and machine learning into our underwriting processes
- Interact with the Trading team to ensure that loans are properly structured to be placed on warehouse lines and into securitizations
- A high degree of loan discretion to present hand-selected deals to the Investment Committee for final approval

Background/Experience
- PG/Masters degree from a premier college with a specialization in finance, economics, or a related field
- Additional financial qualifications such as US CFA Level 1+ will be an advantage
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
