Your Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilledSenior Analyst to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that drive data-informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in analytics, automation, data troubleshooting, and technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.

This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across various business functions and theGATE - Indiateam. You will contribute to developing insights and strategies to optimize data-driven processes, empowering the organization to make informed decisions.

Your Opportunity:

• 
  AnalyzePatient and Claims datasetsto identify trends and deliver actionable insights to business and operations teams.

• Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to provide accurate and relevant information for development projects.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance overall business performance and operational efficiency.

• Build advanced statistical models using cutting-edge analytics tools.

• Create qualitative and quantitative reports that effectively communicate key insights in a clear and accessible manner.

• Present analytical findings to stakeholders in a structured, impactful manner.

• Work collaboratively with business and technical teams to capture data requirements, ensuring timely delivery of actionable, reliable information.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams to address data needs comprehensively.

• Prepare data-driven recommendations for process improvements and present insights to senior leadership as necessary.

Who You Are:

• You hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical disciplines 4+ yearsof hands-on experience in data analysis or business analytics operations, preferably in thePharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Biotechindustry. Preferably, you have a Masters degree

• Advanced proficiency inExcelandSQL, with practical experience in programming or scripting languages such asPythonorPySpark

  Get Hired

• Familiarity withdata visualization toolsfor creating impactful dashboards and visual insights

• Working knowledge ofPharma datasetssuch as Patient Data , Claims Data and LAAD Data

• Hands on experience in Patient Analytics Or Claims Analytics is a plus

• Strong communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills for bridging the gap between data insights and business strategy

• Proven track record of improving business efficiency and campaign ROI through data-driven decision-making

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make informed decisions with minimal supervision
