Business Development Executive Luxury Jewellery Sales

Education: MBA (Preferred)

Work Experience: Minimum 1 year

Gurgaon | Full-time | On-site

MondaySaturday | 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Role Brief

We are seeking a Business Development Executive Sales to drive B2C growth across offline and digital channels, manage client relationships, and convert high-intent leads into loyal customers.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business leads across offline and online channels
  • Handle inbound inquiries via website, calls, emails, and digital platforms
  • Conduct client meetings and consultations with a consultative sales approach
  • Drive customer acquisition from lead generation to closure
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to improve conversion rates
  • Manage client accounts and nurture long-term relationships
  • Update and track the sales pipeline using CRM systems
  • Identify new business opportunities to support revenue growth

Skills Required

  • 13 years experience in B2C sales, business development, or account management
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

  • Experience in luxury, jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and growth-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms
