Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, and concerns in person, over the phone, or via digital channels.
- Greet customers, provide information about automotive services, and guide them through the repair or maintenance process.
- Actively listen to customers’ concerns, demonstrate empathy, and ensure they feel heard and understood, especially when they are upset or dissatisfied.
- De-escalate tense situations with professionalism and patience, maintaining a calm demeanor at all times.
- Clearly explain repair processes, cost estimates, warranty details, and insurance procedures to customers.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any unresolved issues.
- Collaborate with service and parts teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately.
