Job Summary

The Operations Auditor will be responsible for evaluating and improving operational processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions to optimize performance across our service centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit & Compliance:
• Conduct detailed audits of operational processes, including service execution, warranty registration, customer interactions, and spare parts management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and industry regulations.
• Identify potential risks, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
• Process Optimization:
• Analyze workflow efficiency in workshops, customer service, and back-office operations.
• Recommend process enhancements to improve service delivery, reduce costs, and maintain quality.
• Ensure warranty claims, inventory, and vehicle service records are accurately maintained.
