Job Description
· Convert customer inquiries and pending service estimates into sales.
· Promote after-sales services such as maintenance packages, service contracts, and warranty extensions.
· Follow up on declined estimates to address concerns and offer solutions that convert rejections into approvals
· Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities..
· Communicate effectively with customers to explain services, benefits, and costs.
· Build a rapport and maintain a professional relationship with customers to ensure repeat business· Handle customer objections tactfully and offer alternative solutions
· Work closely with service advisors and reception managers to identify sales opportunities from repair orders and pending approvals.
· Coordinate with the cost and claims departments to resolve disputes and finalize approvals.
· Collaborate with the conversion team to track daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

· Maintain records of closed deals, pending cases, and reasons for rejections
· Prepare daily and monthly reports on sales performance and conversion rates.
· Ensure all sales conversions comply with company policies and procedures.
· Adhere to automotive industry standards for transparency and customer satisfaction.
· Assist in implementing process improvements to reduce service rejections and increase conversion rates.
