RoyalLinks is seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Specialist to support and grow our construction business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building strong client relationships. Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry will be a strong advantage.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential and commercial construction projects
• Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and cost estimates
• Negotiate contracts and close sales targets as assigned
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals
• Coordinate with the design, project, and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover
• Track sales activities and update reports regularly to management
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies

• Proven experience as a Sales Specialist / Business Development role
