Position OverviewRoyalLinks is seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Specialist to support and grow our construction business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building strong client relationships. Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential and commercial construction projects
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and cost estimates
- Negotiate contracts and close sales targets as assigned
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with the design, project, and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover
- Track sales activities and update reports regularly to management
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
- Proven experience as a Sales Specialist / Business Development role
- Experience in the construction industry (residential or commercial projects) is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Good understanding of construction services, pricing, and client handling
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional in approach
