Accounts & Finance:
- Manage complete accounting operations including day-to-day entries and finalization of accounts
- Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Financial Statements
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance and filings
- Bank, Cash, Vendor & Customer reconciliations
- Coordination with Auditors, CA, and Consultants
- MIS reports and financial analysis for management
Business Development:
- Support management in business expansion planning
- Coordinate with sales, distributors, and key clients
- Track sales data, margins, and profitability
- Assist in vendor negotiations and commercial discussions
Office & Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office activities and administration
- Ensure smooth coordination between accounts, sales, and operations teams
- Monitor staff attendance, documentation, and office discipline
- Handle compliance-related documentation and internal controls
- B.Com / M.Com (CA-Inter preferred)

- 510 years experience in Accounts, Operations, or Business Management
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel
- Experience in FMCG / Retail / Distribution preferred
- Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills
