Accounts & Finance:

• Manage complete accounting operations including day-to-day entries and finalization of accounts
• Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Financial Statements
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance and filings
• Bank, Cash, Vendor & Customer reconciliations
• Coordination with Auditors, CA, and Consultants
• MIS reports and financial analysis for management

Business Development:

• Support management in
  
  business expansion planning
• Coordinate with sales, distributors, and key clients
• Track sales data, margins, and profitability
• Assist in vendor negotiations and commercial discussions

Office & Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day office activities and administration
• Ensure smooth coordination between accounts, sales, and operations teams
• Monitor staff attendance, documentation, and office discipline
• Handle compliance-related documentation and internal controls

• B.Com / M.Com (CA-Inter preferred)

  Get Hired
• 510 years experience in Accounts, Operations, or Business Management
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel
• Experience in FMCG / Retail / Distribution preferred
• Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills
