Role Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Arabic or European speaker) for a full-time on-site role in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, coordinating hiring efforts, executing employer branding strategies, conducting candidate interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to attract and hire top talent, supporting the organization's hiring goals.

  Get Hired
  Knowledge of Employer Branding principles and strategies
• Fluency in Arabic or a European language, alongside excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects effectively and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Understanding of regional employment laws and best practices is advantageous
