Role Description

We are seeking a hands-on Digital Content Creator & LinkedIn Marketing Specialist who understands B2B industrial marketing and can independently drive LinkedIn visibility, content creation, and lead generation.

This role is ideal for someone who can convert technical projects into engaging digital stories and understands how decision-makers in Pharma, Engineering, and Industrial domains consume content.

Key Responsibilities:

LinkedIn & Social Media Marketing

• Manage and grow company & leadership LinkedIn profiles
• Create high-quality B2B content: posts, carousels, reels, project updates
• Plan and execute LinkedIn lead-generation campaigns

Content Creation

• Visit project sites for short videos, photos, and client interactions
• Create content for HVAC, Cleanroom, Pharma, and Industrial audiences
• Maintain a structured content calendar

Digital Marketing & Lead Support

• Support SEO-friendly content, landing pages, and email campaigns
• Assist in basic Google Ads / LinkedIn Ads execution (preferred)
• Track performance using analytics and report insights

  Get Hired
  24 years experience in LinkedIn Marketing / B2B Digital Marketing
• Strong understanding of industrial / engineering / technical products
• Hands-on with Canva / Coral / Adobe design and various AI tools
• Experience with LinkedIn content strategy & lead generation
• Good command of written English; professional communication skills
• Ability to work independently and execute end-to-end tasks

• Experience in HVAC, Cleanroom, Pharma, EPC, or Industrial sectors
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, or marketing automation tools
• Familiarity with WordPress or CMS platforms

• Work directly with leadership on brand & growth strategy
• High visibility role with real business impact
