Job Description
- Identify, research, and qualify new prospects across relevant markets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, events, and digital channels
- Engage prospects with a clear, confident articulation of product value
- Manage the full lead cycle from initial outreach to client confirmation and acceptance
- Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned clients
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement
- Keep detailed documentation of client interactions and account plans
- Handle escalations proactively and ensure timely resolution
- Deliver monthly/quarterly/annual revenue growth aligned with business strategy
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Lead commercial discussions, renewals, and contract negotiations
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation
- Produce accurate forecasts and contribute to revenue planning
- Track account performance, revenue trends, and pipeline activity via CRM
- Measure performance against KPIs and adjust approach to hit targets
- Monitor client usage/adoption to spot and unlock growth opportunities
- Partner with Product, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Tech to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Share client insights and market feedback to support product evolution
- Support development of competitive programs, workflows, and sales enablement tools
- Stay close to market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Spot emerging needs and new commercial opportunities
- Build knowledge across digital assets, FX, and trading technology to support consultative selling
- Help refine and improve sales processes and methodologies
- Recommend enhancements to systems, workflows, and marketing automation
- Contribute to building scalable, efficient sales practices
- Assess strengths and development areas within the sales team
- Provide hands-on coaching to Account Managers
- Help sharpen qualification processes and closing strategies
- Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement

- 3-5 years in sales, account management, or business development
- Proven results in lead generation, client acquisition, and account growth
- Strong understanding of pipelines, qualification, and commercial negotiations
- Confident with CRM systems and digital prospecting tools
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly organised; able to manage multiple priorities with precision
- Interest or background in blockchain, fintech, FX, or trading technology is a plus
- Commercially sharp, proactive, and target-driven
- Relationship-first mindset with strong client ownership
- Comfortable operating across both “hunter” and “farmer” modes
- A builder: you enjoy improving processes, playbooks, and ways of working
