Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module implementation, configuration, and support. As a SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing SAP FICO solutions, and providing support to end-users. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and experience with SAP implementation methodologies are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to financial accounting and controlling processes.
• Design and configure SAP FICO module based on business requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices and SAP standards.
• Lead SAP FICO implementation projects, including system design, configuration, testing, and user training.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of SAP FICO module, addressing user queries, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements.
• Conduct system testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the SAP FICO solution meets business requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in integration testing with other SAP modules.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a SAP FICO Consultant, including full-cycle implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, processes, and best practices.
• In-depth understanding of SAP FICO module, including configuration, customization, and integration with other modules.
• Proficiency in SAP FICO sub-modules like General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
• Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, such as ASAP or Activate.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP FICO certification is a plus.
