Job Responsibilities:

• ·       Analyzing and understanding business requirements related to finance and accounting processes.
• ·       Designing, configuring, and implementing SAP Finance solutions to meet business needs.
• ·       Providing expert guidance on best practices and industry standards for SAP Finance.
• ·       Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Finance with other modules and systems.
• ·       Leading and managing SAP Finance projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• ·       Developing and maintaining documentation such as process flows, functional specifications, and test scripts.
• ·       Providing end-user training and support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP Finance.
• ·       Ensuring data integrity and compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations.
• ·       Continuously monitoring and optimizing SAP Finance processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• ·       Staying up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4 HANA Finance developments and trends, and recommending improvements to the organization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP Finance modules, such as FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling).
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis and Cost Center Accounting.
• Experience in implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
• Knowledge of integration points between SAP Finance and other SAP modules, such as MM (Materials Management), Production Planning and SD (Sales and Distribution).
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Finance modules according to business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in creating functional specifications, test scripts and training materials.
• Working knowledge of VAT, sales & use taxes
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, and experience in leading or participating in SAP Finance projects.
