The Assistant Manager HR will oversee all human resource functions, ensuring alignment with the foundations mission and goals. The position involves managing recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, training, policy development, and critical HR functions like performance appraisals, documentation, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding, documentation and induction training.

2. Develop and manage recruitment strategies to attract skilled professionals.

3. Design employee engagement activities to enhance team cohesion and motivation.

4. Finalise and oversee the performance appraisal process, including data collection and scheduling appraisal meetings.

5. Maintain payroll system, gather and compile employee data to review and finalize pay scales and grades.

6. Create, review, and update HR policies in line with labor laws and organizational needs.

7. Ensure compliance with employment laws, including documentation and reporting requirements.

8. Plan and organize training programs, including ICC, management, cultural, gender sensitivity, and team well-being sessions.

9. Organize quarterly and annual board meetings, draft agendas, and write minutes of the meeting (MOM).

10. Maintain and update HR records, including employee files and organizational data.

1. Candidate should ideally possess an MBA with 2-8 years of experience in HR.

2. Preference will be given to those who have managed a team of 250+.

3. Proficiency in HR tools and software, with attention to detail in compliance and reporting.

4. This is a full-time offline position based at our head office in Lucknow. The candidate should either be based in Lucknow or willing to relocate
