Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, based in Meerut. The Executive Assistant will manage the daily business operations of the Managing Director, including diary management, scheduling, and coordinating meetings. The role also entails handling correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, responding to inquiries, and maintaining confidentiality on sensitive matters. Supporting the administrative duties, the Executive Assistant will facilitate communication within the organization and with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a primary point of coordination between the Managing Director and internal departments (Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Sales, and HR, etc.).
Support MD in meetings: agenda preparation, MOM circulation and follow up with department heads on action items and timelines.
Track, compile, analyze, and present data related to operations, performance metrics, MIS, and other management reports.
Assist in monitoring departmental KPIs and timelines to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Draft clear and professional emails, presentations, Excel-based analytical reports, dashboards, SOP notes, and internal communications.
Handle documentation, records and maintain confidentiality of sensitive operational and business information.
Support strategic initiatives, special projects, and process improvement activities.
Assist in audits, certifications, and compliance-related documentation as required.
Managing the calendar and appointments of the MD.
Skills & Competencies required:
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, data validation).
Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
Good understanding of end-to-end manufacturing plant operations.
Sound data analytics and reporting capabilities.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Preferred Background
Prior experience as EA/ MD Office role in a manufacturing plant.- Min. 1 year

Educational Qualification
Bachelors degree in Operations, Management, or related discipline.
MBA / PGDM (Operations / General Management) preferred.
