About The Role
Sberbank India is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Government RelationsManager to join our expanding team in our office in Delhi. Manager will be responsible for supporting strategic partnerships/projects in The Department of Relations, FI analytics & Special Projects in India.

Sberbank India is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Government RelationsManager to join our expanding team in our office in Delhi. Manager will be responsible for supporting strategic partnerships/projects in The Department of Relations, FI analytics & Special Projects in India.
Responsibilities
- Design of road-map, PR and external interface for business growth
- Study Banks products and strategic projects to add market insights and competitive intelligence
- Contribute to design relationship management solutions with external stakeholders such as financial institutions, industry associations, market participants with the aim of enhancing Banks strategic network and coverage.
- Perform primary research needed to prepare materials like pamphlets, position papers and presentations
- Analyze market reports/competitive intelligence in order to prepare draft steps aimed at effective policy advocacy, regulatory requirements and ease of doing business between India-Russia.
- Creation of orders, instructions and other reports pertaining regulatory announcements related to the activities of the Bank/Branch;
- Support to Senior Manager and HoD in day to day tasks related to the Department
- Participate in conferences and network and working groups related to activity of the Department
- Bachelors/Masters degree in legal or corporate communications from a top university
- Deep practical knowledge of impactful analysis and problem solving
- Types of legal entities and constituent documents of legal entities
- Possesses good interpersonal skills to communicate and effectively coordinate with CXO levels
- Strong high-level knowledge of Banking business (including cross border payments, Trade, IT, regulations, credit etc.)

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Successful 7+ year experience of relevant work experience
- Developed professional communication skills, fluent written and spoken English
